Ad Hoc Contracting and Recusal Procedures
Committee Listing
The Ad Hoc Contracting and Recusal Procedures Committee is charged with developing
recommendations as to CAR’s policy with respect to contracting for goods and services, and
for determining recusal “best practices” to be followed at CAR committee meetings when a
committee member has a direct financial or personal interest in a matter before a committee
which is not substantially shared with other committee members. The Committee reports to
the Governing Committee.
