The Claims Private Passenger Performance Standards Subcommittee is responsible for
reviewing and updating the Private Passenger Performance Standards as required by M.G.L.
c. 175, ยง 113H. Regulations and legislation affecting the handling of claims in Massachusetts
are reviewed and revisions to the Standards are made where appropriate. This Subcommittee
reports to the Claims Advisory Committee.
