Claims Performance Stds Subcommittee
Committee Listing
The Claims Performance Standards Subcommittee is responsible for reviewing and updating
the Performance Standards as required by M.G.L. c. 175, ยง 113H. Regulations and legislation
affecting the handling of claims in Massachusetts are reviewed and revisions to the
Standards are made where appropriate. This Subcommittee reports to the Claims Advisory
Committee.
