The responsibility of the Auditor Contract Review Subcommittee is to evaluate on an
annual basis, the professional audit services provided to CAR by its outside vendor.
The membership of this Subcommittee is comprised of members of the Audit and Governing
Committees. This Subcommittee reports directly to the Governing Committee.
