Ad Hoc ERP/Servicing Carrier Committee

The Ad Hoc/ERP Servicing Carrier Committee considers issues pertaining to the ERP/Servicing Carrier relationship, including but not limited to, the moratorium on ERP expansion relative to market need, the appointment of banks as an ERP, the consequences to a producer's eligibility for appointment where the producer has voluntarily surrendered a previous ERP appointment, and the rights and responsibilities of ERPs and Servicing Carriers under CAR's Rules of Operation. This ad hoc committee reports to the Governing Committee.
