The Commercial Automobile Manual provides users access to the Rules and Rates for commercial policies
that have been ceded to CAR.

The October 1, 2003 commercial rates will remain in effect for policies effective October 1, 2008
and subsequent. This means the October, 2003 CAR rates, commissions, classification standards,
territory definitions, Manual Rates and Experience Rating Plan will continue to apply to ceded
policies effective October 1, 2008 and subsequent.
