Amendments to Rules of Operation - December 20, 2016
On December 15, 2016, filed amendments to Rule 21.D. were approved by the Division of Insurance. The amendments extend the Clean-in-Three non-renewal provisions for an additional year to March 31, 2018 for those producers that did not have a voluntary contract or a brokerage agreement with any Member as of April 1, 2010 and did not subsequently receive a voluntary contract or brokerage agreement with a Member prior to November 16, 2016.
Also approved were amendments to Rule 29.E.3. to maintain the April 1, 2016 voluntary credit factors for policies effective April 1, 2017 and subsequent. However, note that proposed amendments to Rule 29.E.2. and Rule 29.E.4. have been disapproved.
