Private Passenger Residual Market Rates Placed on File – July 6, 2016

The Division of Insurance has placed on file the Rates and Rating Manual for the Massachusetts private passenger residual market for policies effective October 1, 2016 and later. No amendments were made to the original filing, as detailed in Bulletin No. 1020.

Approved Rate Pages, Rating factor tables, and implementation notes are now available on the MAIP Company and Producer pages of CAR’s website, under Manuals (a valid user-id and password is required for access).

The approved filing is available to Member Companies upon request. Requests should be directed to Shannon Chiu at schiu@commauto.com.
