Rules 13 and 30 Modifications Deemed – July 20, 2020

In conjunction with the Registry of Motor Vehicle’s replacement of the RMV-1 and RMV-3 forms with the Registration and Title Application (RTA) in late 2019, Rules 13 and 30 of CAR’s Rules of Operation have been modified to add reference to the new form and eliminate references to the obsolete forms.
