Rule 29 Credit Edit

The Rule 29 Credit Edit System ensures that companies are correctly reporting classification and merit rating data for youthful drivers. The system selects voluntary liability records with inexperienced operator classification codes and policy effective dates falling within the rolling 12 months utilized by the quota share process. In order to verify this data, the policy number is used to match the class code and merit rating value reported on the detail statistical record to similar data provided by the Merit Rating Board/Registry. Please contact Data Operations with any inquiries.
