The Experience Rating System provides Servicing Carriers the ability to submit all of the information necessary to calculate the experience rating modification factor for an eligible ceded policy. The results of this activity are included in a series of notification form and compliance reports. Inquiries on this system should be directed to the Residual Market Services Department.

Notification Form Reports
Rating Modification Worksheet The Experience Rating System creates a worksheet for every notification form submitted through this system. By entering a specific Company number, Effective year and Policy number the worksheet report may be viewed.
Transaction History By entering a specific Company number, Effective year and Policy number, this report shows all transactions made to a policy.
Confirmation / Pending By selecting a specific date from a drop down box, this report shows all transactions input that day either applied or pending completion.
Affiliation Denied By entering a policy effective year, this report shows when suggested affiliations were denied.
Incomplete Prior Policy By entering a policy effective year, this report shows all policies with less than 3 years of prior policy.
Invalid Prior Policy By entering a policy effective year, this report shows all policies with prior policy information that has not been statistically reported or has an invalid Company number, policy ID or effective year.
$0 Annual Basic Premium By entering a policy effective year, this report shows all policies with $0 premium.
Compliance Reports
Discrepancy The Discrepancy Report shows differences between manually reported or calculated and statistically reported rating modifications.
Penalty The Penalty Report shows all policies that will be receiving a penalty.
Eligible, Not Reported This report shows records that are eligible for Experience Rating, but have not yet been reported.
Reported, Not Eligible This report shows records that were reported but are not eligible for Experience Rating.
