Data Extraction Request Form

Companies may request an extract of their statistical data that is residing on CAR's databases and receive it in the format in which it was originally submitted.

To request extracts, enter the following information.

  Commercial Private Passenger All

*  Select a Transaction
  Premiums Paid Losses Outstanding Losses All

*  Select a Subline
  Liability No-Fault Physical Damage All

Policy Effective Year Start Date to
Policy Effective Stop Date

Accounting Start Date to
Accounting Stop Date

 
*  Desired Output
If the record count exceeds 200,000 records, CAR will automatically produce a data cartridge.
