Technical Operations

Technical Operations is a collection of departments that are primarily responsible for providing process-based development, services, and support to the industry by merging technology and operational requirements.

Collectively these departments provide systems development and technical support for the collection, processing, and editing of company and producer reported data in a manner that ensures accuracy and timely processing. Staff is oriented toward aiding companies and producers by providing technical assistance, supporting telecommunications processing, and maintaining the CAR and MAIP websites.
