Application data will be transferred at the time of assignment through a posting to web services or nightly through a batch FTP transfer (containing all assignments made that day).  The nightly FTP transfer also serves as a backup for the immediate transfer of assignments.   Any web services failure will be sent that night as long as FTP information has been provided.  To enable this data transmission, please set a rule on your firewall to allow IP addresses 65.164.177.137 and 65.164.177.138.  Note: We do not accept client certificates.
