The Crystal Reports Viewer Toolbar

1. Close sub-report button. (Not enabled when viewing the main report) This button is used to close a tabbed page when the report contains sub-reports. Double-clicking on a page in this situation will create a tab to allow direct access to that page.
2. First page.
3. Previous page.
4. Current page number.
5. Next page.
6. Last page.
7. Print command - use the Printer command to print a hard copy of your report to the currently selected printer. If the page orientation for the report is different than that of the printer, you must check the printer properties and change it on the print dialog box.
8. Export command - use the Export command to export your report in one of several popular formats, such as Crystal Reports .rpt, MS Word .doc, MS Excel .xls or Rich Text .rtf. For example, you can export your report in Microsoft Excel format and then open it in Excel as a spreadsheet file.
9. Magnification - sets the magnification factor for viewing your report.
10. Search string - type the text you want to search for, paste it from the clipboard or click a recent entry from the list.
11. Find command - use the Find command to find text or particular values of a field in the report. Enter a value in the Search string box and click this command button to start a new search.
