Upload

The Upload screen is used to import application data into the MAIP Policy Application.

 

1. Click UPLOAD from either the left navigation or the Applications screen. This will take you to the Upload screen.
2. Click CHOOSE FILE to locate and select a file on your computer that was exported by your rating or agency management software.
3. Click UPLOAD to import the file into the MAIP Policy Application system. Note that as the file is being imported to the MAIP Policy Application system, the Registry look-up is also performed.

Uploading fills the policy application screens with your policy data. Once your data is uploaded, you must review and edit all policy application information and answer General Questions relative to your specific MAIP online application. Note that any data uploaded from the ARP’s agency management software that differs from that obtained through the Registry look-up will be overwritten by the data retrieved from the Registry.

 

To review and edit application information, click EDIT from the left navigation.
