The Pending Applications screen is used to access policy applications that are pending assignment.

 

1. Click EDIT from either the left navigation or the Applications screen. This will take you to the Pending Applications screen. A list of policy applications that are in progress and are pending assignment will be displayed.

To view applicant information:

 

1. Click once to highlight an application.
2. Click CONTINUE. The Applicant screen appears with the applicant's data pre-filled.

Double clicking on a displayed application will give you the same result.

 

To view a screen other than the Applicant screen:

 

1. Click once to highlight an application.
2. Click a specific screen from the left navigation.
