Executive Update - August 31, 2010

• Commissioner Directs CAR to Amend Plan & Rules To comply with the recently enacted legislation (Chapter 237, Acts of 2010) effective as of November 4, 2010, CAR is to draft changes to its Plan and Rules of Operation for the Governing Committee's approval and subsequent submission to the Division of Insurance
• Legislation Signed into Law Amends G.L. Chapter 175, Section 113H Chapter 237 of the Acts of 2010 approved on August 4, 2010 will become effective November 4, 2010.
