CAR Private Passenger Residual Market Rate Filing CAR filed its proposal for the Massachusetts Private Passenger Residual Market rates with the Division of Insurance on May 14, 2013. The filing has a proposed effective date of October 1, 2013.
Notice of Hearings Pursuant to the authority granted to the Commissioner of Insurance under G.L. c. 175, §113H, public hearings will be held on May 24, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Division of Insurance regarding the proposed amendments to the Performance Standards for the Handling and Payment of Private Passenger and Commercial Motor Vehicle Insurance Claims.
