Verify Records

  1. Click the Verify Records button after record(s) have been entered.  This allows you to verify them before submission.  The Verify Statistical Data screen displays a summary of each record you added.

  3. To see the record in its entirety, click the View Record button next to the record you want to verify.  The record appears in the "add record" format, but is shaded so that no changes are allowed.

  4. If you need to change a field, you need to delete the record, and then add the record again with the correct information.

  5. To delete a record, check the record and click the Delete Checked Records Button. (To change a value in a record, you must delete it first).  You will be prompted to make sure you want to delete records. To continue with deletion, click OK and the remaining records will be shown on a new Verify screen.

  7. After you have completed verifying the records for a file you can:

Add Records

You can continue entering records by clicking the Add Records button. You will return to the record entry screen.

 

Submit File

When you have entered all records for that particular submission type, click the Submit File button. A summary will appear showing the summary information about the records that are about to be submitted. See the Submit File screen for an example.

 

New Submission Type

This option allows you to enter a different type of record. The Record Type selection screen will appear. From there, you can specify which type of file you wish to report next.
