Commercial Additional Insured Form Placed on File – Effective Date 7/1/2020

On March 25, 2020, the Division of Insurance placed on file Additional Insured – Massachusetts endorsement form (CR 99 02 07 20) with an effective date of July 1, 2020. The Division of Insurance also approved the addition of Rule 37 – Additional Insured – Massachusetts Endorsement to Section II – Common Coverages and Rating Procedures of the Commercial Automobile Insurance Manual to provide direction for use of the form.
