These are the 2007 and 2008 Statistical Audit Cycle schedules for audited companies.

Call Schedule - Statistical Data
This schedule provides the due dates for the Monthly Accounting/Statistical submissions, the Quarterly Annual Statement/Statutory Page 14 data and the Annual Expense data.

Ceding Expense Allowances
This schedule provides the dates on which company reports and information pertaining to member company expense allowance ratios will be available for viewing on CAR's website.

Claims Reviews
The Claim Reviews of the Servicing Carriers for 2007 have been scheduled. The schedule is tentative and it may be necessary to occasionally rearrange the posted dates.

Company Calculation of Participation Ratios
This schedule provides the dates on which company reports detailing the calculation of member company participation ratios for the private passenger and commercial pools will be made available on CAR's website.

Experience Rating Compliance Quarterly Schedule
This schedule shows the projected dates for the Experience Rating Compliance Reports.

Holiday Schedule
This schedule provides the holiday dates that CAR, and CAR’s On-line Telecommunications Systems, is closed.

Projected Distribution Schedule for Quarterly Settlement of Balances
This schedule provides projected dates on which the quarterly Settlement of Balances and Member Participation reports will be made available on CAR's website. The schedule also includes projected dates on which quarterly balances will be due to CAR or payable to member companies.

Rate Edit - Commercial Monthly Penalty Process Date Schedule
The Commercial Rate Edit Schedule provides companies with the monthly production cycle for rate edit error correction and if applicable, penalty assessment.

Rate Edit - Private Passenger Monthly Penalty Process Date Schedule
The Private Passenger Rate Edit Schedule provides companies with the monthly production cycle for rate edit error correction and if applicable, penalty assessment.

Weekly Processing Schedule
