Rate Edit Commercial Penalty Schedule
The Commercial Rate Edit Schedule provides companies with the monthly production cycle for
rate edit error correction and if applicable, penalty assessment.
*Tapes must be received by CAR's mailroom before 4:00 P.M. on the dates indicated below so they may go through a Front End and Statistical Load (S140).
