Administrative Procedures
The Manual of Administrative Procedures provides detailed instructions to Servicing Carriers,
Members, and to a limited extent, Producers relative to the operation of Commonwealth Automobile
Reinsurers (CAR). It supplements the Plan and Rules of CAR but does not add any new policy requirements
beyond those contained in the Plan and Rules.
