Plan of Operation

Section II of Chapter 237 - Affects member company and producer representation on the Governing Committee.

Rules of Operation

Section I of Chapter 237 - Affects Rules 29 and 30 relating to a newly writing company's obligations and responsibilities.

Section III - Affects Rule 30.C relating to a producer's ownership of policy expirations.
