Operations and Strategic Planning

Operations and Strategic Planning is a collection of departments that are primarily responsible for providing process-based development, services, and support to the industry by merging technology and operational requirements.

Collectively these departments provide systems development and processing support for the collection, processing, and editing of company-reported data in a manner that ensures accuracy and timely processing. Staff is oriented toward assisting companies by resolving data reporting issues, training of staff, supporting telecommunications processing, and maintaining CAR's website.
