The responsibility of the Legal Contract Review Subcommittee is to evaluate the
professional legal services provided to CAR by its outside vendor on a three-year cycle.
The membership of this subcommittee is comprised of members of the Governing Committee.
This subcommittee reports directly to the Governing Committee.
